I’m Meca Grant, the founder of BrightStar Therapy and a speech-language pathologist with over 25 years of experience. I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages across hospitals, schools, and private practice settings. For the last decade, I’ve led an incredible team at my pediatric home health agency, where we’ve served thousands of children and families throughout Greater Houston.
I started BrightStar Therapy to make school staffing easier for districts and more fulfilling for therapists. I understand the real challenges, from caseload management, to compliance, to managing staff turnover, and I’m passionate about creating solutions that truly make a difference. My leadership style is hands-on, supportive, and heart-centered, allowing me to provide schools with happy, dedicated, and supported therapists. When therapists feel valued, students shine bright.
